Veneta Mileva has been part of the Karin Dom team since 2015. She works in the fields of marketing and communications, fundraising, and partnership development.

Main responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Communications: Planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies to increase the awareness and visibility of the organisation.
  • Fundraising and Partnership Development: Initiating and managing charitable campaigns, as well as building sustainable partnerships.
  • Social Media Management: Creating content and managing social media channels to increase engagement and promote the cause of Karin Dom.
  • Development of the Social Enterprise: Participation in the creation and development of the Karin Dom social enterprise, which supports the organisation’s social initiatives.
  • Publishing Activities: Engagement in the publishing activities of Karin Dom, including the creation of print and digital materials.
  • Campaigns, Events, and Volunteer Initiatives: Planning, organising, and implementing campaigns, events, and initiatives that actively involve volunteers and create opportunities for social engagement.
