Svetlana Ivanova has been part of the Karin Dom team since 2006. Over the years, she has worked in various roles, spending the longest time as an assistant educator in the “Socialisation” group for children with special needs, later renamed the Montessori group. She has participated in trainings related to the Montessori method. Since 2013, she has been the Manager of the team of assistant educators and hygienists. Since 2022, she holds the position of Housekeeper.
Svetlana actively participates in creating and crafting items for the Family Shop, enjoys being creative, and skillfully helps in producing products for the social enterprise.
