Kristina (Krisi) has been part of the Karin Dom therapeutic team since 2021. She works as a psychologist-therapist in individual sessions and leads a family-mediated group where children participate together with their parents, extended family members, and their supportive environment.
“The family-oriented approach is both a challenge and a great advantage, and a reason for achieving better results. The children we work with have various disorders, and the support of their parents and families is the greatest resource they have. Therefore, it is important to encourage their participation in the process of change.”
Krisi’s interests focus on using alternative methods and communication systems with children, as well as applying a psychotherapeutic approach to parents. “Working in a team with knowledgeable, caring colleagues gives me confidence that I can handle almost any challenge,” she shares.
