Prof. Dr. Sevdzhihan Eyubova is a professor of developmental psychology in childhood and adolescence at Shumen University “Episkop Konstantin Preslavski.” Her professional career began as a psychologist in the Children’s Department at “MBAL-Shumen” AD, where she developed clinical expertise in psychodiagnostics and psychological counselling, as well as working with parents.
“This experience allowed me to become a specialist in my field, but also to seek different approaches to work or to create new ones. I am the author of several teaching aids and monographic studies in the areas of screening for autism spectrum disorders, aggression and self-aggression in adolescents, as well as an educational programme for developing emotional literacy in preschool children.
My participation in the Management Board of the Karin Dom Foundation is related to providing expert support regarding the services the organisation offers, as well as creating opportunities for joint projects and activities involving students who have chosen to develop in the helping professions.”
