The Burnout FREE ECI Project “Burnout of Professionals and Parents with Children with Disabilities: Prevention, common challenges and mutually empowering methodologies and practices in Early Child Intervention Services” was approved by the Greek National Agency under the ERASMUS+ Program, KA220-ADU-Cooperation partnerships in adult education (No: 2021-1-EL01-KA220-ADU-000035230), held its second meeting with all the project partners.
Nicoleta Yoncheva, speech therapist, and Virginia Vasileva, psychologist, took part in the meeting, which took place on July 14 and 15, 2022 in Zagreb with the participation of representatives of all partner organizations:
Those who could not attend in person attended virtually. Fortunately, most of the partners were able to attend in person, which contributed to lively discussions and certainly to building better relations between partners.
During the meeting, a brief overview of the project results, schedule, roles and responsibilities of each partner was presented. Quality assurance, a monitoring and evaluation plan, sharing and promotion activities, as well as administrative and financial procedures and appropriate documentation were discussed in more detail.
The first report and preliminary results of “Project Output 1: Literature Review and Needs Assessment Study” were presented by the colleagues of the lead partner – UNIVERSITATEA BABES BOLYAI from Cluj, Romania. Then the e-learning game (PrR4) was presented by the lead partner – THEOFANIS ALEXANDRIDIS KAI SIA EE, Omegatech, Greece. A representative of Mindfulness Greece App, the first Greek app for awareness and well-being, presented mindfulness as a way of thinking and living, its usefulness and importance in people’s lives, as well as ways to incorporate it and its techniques into the project.
Colleagues from the University of Zagreb led the workshop, which was designed in a way that all partners could contribute and work together to develop the structure of the training material and content of Burnout-Free Early Childhood Intervention for Professionals and Parents (PrR2).
