February 10-15 2020 – First Visit for Experience Exchange of Karin Dom Representatives with Organizations in Iceland

On February 10-15 2020 will be held the  first visit for experience exchange of Karin Dom representatives with organizations in Iceland. Specialists from Karin Dom and parents will visit social and educational services in Iceland to share experience and knowledge regarding inclusive education for children with special needs. Specifically, the aim will be to become acquainted with screening activities, early preparation of children for transition to day care/kindergarten/school, environment and training in special and mainstream education structures. The focus of the visits is also cross-sectoral cooperation, trainings of teachers and parents and exchanges with parent organizations.
