Strategy for development of Karin Dom Foundation 2015-2020

On October 18th, 2015 the Management Board of Karin Dom adopted the “Strategy for development of Karin Dom Foundation 2015-2020.”

The document is ambitious and plans activities such as: adopting new methods and services; sensory pool; diagnostic; therapeutic groups for children and parents; organization initiatives for children and parents in the weekend; awareness campaigns to shift attitudes; online training; development of manuals for parents and teachers; expanding partnerships with universities and others.

The strategy is based on an analysis of the current situation and the engagement of staff, parents and other partners in the process of strategic planning. With their help, we hope to be able to realize the strategy and to contribute to a better life for children with special needs and their families in a more tolerant society!
