Societe Generale Expressbank

The partnership of Karin Dom and Societe Generale Expressbank is unfolding already for seven years. In its foundation stands the provision of equal access to quality social services to children with special needs. In March 2012, Societe Generale Expressbank and Karin Dom announced the launch of the national program for early childhood development “Support a family”.

The purpose of the program “Support a family” is to break the established patterns of attitudes towards children with disabilities and to help the family to overcome the challenges, without abandoning the child in an institution.

Since the launch of the project until mid-2015 120 children and their families from 51 cities across the country took advantage of the opportunity provided by the partners.

In 2013, Karin Dom – Varna has acquired a special trampoline, thanks to the generous donation of the ladies from the Bank. Now 15 children a week attend Trampoline Therapy at Karin Dom.

Annually at the offices of the Bank are being organized charitable Christmas and Easter markets, in which employees actively participate. The collected funds from the markets support the therapy of the children at Karin Dom.

The Bank has established long-standing partnerships, as a part of them already exist for nearly ten years – cooperation with: the National Art Academy, Karin Dom, the International Ballet Festival in Varna. The Bank is also a partner of the one-of-a-kind project “Museum on wheels”, organized in partnership with the Foundation Easy Art.
