To build an effective social mechanism to improve access to the labor market for parents of children with disabilities, Karin Dom invites parents to take part in training to acquire professional qualifications. Additionally, the organization will include parents in an English language course and motivational meetings, provide psychological and social support to help implement the labor market and improve quality of life.
Parents who can join must be unemployed, raise a child with disabilities aged 0 to 18, and wish to improve their professional qualifications.
The deadline for submission of applications is August 4, 2017.
The purpose of Karin Dom’s “Support for parents of children with disabilities for social and professional realization” is to encourage the social inclusion of parents, access to employment, and to reduce the risk of poverty of families raising children with special needs.
Karin Dom will provide training for promotion or acquisition of a new professional qualification in the following areas:
• Training by profession “Organizer of Internet Applications”
• Training by profession “Associate Social Activities”
The partner of the project is Eurokick Consult Ltd., which will implement the training in “Internet Applications Organizer” and English.
At the time of the trainings and the planned consultations, parents will benefit from integrated support for the care of their children, which will ensure their peaceful work and will allow concentration on a professional career for personal development.
The project “Support for parents of children with disabilities for social and professional realization” of Karin Dom is implemented under Operational Program “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, with the financial support of the European Union, European Social Fund.
