World Water Days is marked annually on March 22.
The fresh water day was suggested at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in 1992, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Its purpose is to attract attention on the importance of fresh water and protection of water resources.
Today, the children of Karin Dom observed the water’s transition between its three physical states. They learned about water’s properties to freeze, become steam and dissolve sugar inside… a nosy cup of tea!
