In three consecutive weeks before the brightest Christian holiday – Easter – art workshops were held in Karin Dom for children from Ukraine, for whom Varna is already a second home. Together with the art therapists Veselina Tincheva and Iliana Dimitrova, the children drew wonderful spring pictures and decorated wonderful Easter eggs. The children did a great job painting the Easter eggs, which in Ukraine are called “pysanka” and “krashenka”
Art therapy is one of the ways to deal with stress, change and sadness, and for our little friends it is also a way to communicate and get to know our country.
The initiative is part of the partnership between TBI Bank EAD and Karin Dom Foundation to provide free access to services for children from Ukraine and their families.
