Nikoleta Yoncheva joined the Karin Dom team in 2013. She loves working with children, discovering ways to communicate with each of them, and giving meaning to their mutual interaction. She has experience in various innovative projects related to people with disabilities, implemented both in Bulgaria and abroad. Her professional interests include communication, feeding and drinking, sign language, early childhood development, and family-mediated intervention.<\/p>\n

She has worked as an actor and sign language interpreter in the unique theatre for people with hearing impairments \u201cMim-Art.\u201d She has participated in various initiatives with the \u201cCvete\u201d Theatre and worked for five years at the National Theatre \u201cIvan Vazov.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nikoleta is a certified ABA and PECS therapist, Bobath therapist, and an international trainer in Burnout Prevention. She enjoys the role of trainer because she loves sharing knowledge and inspiring new ideas.<\/p>\n

She earned a Doctorate in Speech Therapy from Sofia University \u201cSt. Kliment Ohridski\u201d with a dissertation titled: \u201cFamily-mediated early intervention for children with difficulties in functional communication and adaptive skills.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
