The Project for the New Karin Dom Building has Minimal Environmental Impact

In relation to the construction site preparation for the new building, in which to develop the activities of the Karin Dom Foundation, the removal of 27 trees in vegetation and 2 dry trees over 20 years old, as well as 12 trees with a diameter of less than 10 cm in poor condition under the age of 20 will be taking place.

The organization has prepared a compensatory program which undertakes to plant on the same property 231 standard coniferous trees with a height of 1.2-1.4 m and 17 medium-sized trees with a height of 1.8-2.2 m as a green fence which exceeds the legal requirements.

The architectural project for the new building of Karin Dom was selected in an international competition as the most compact project possible with minimal environmental impact.
