Developing the capacity of Karin Dom for organizational and financial stability

The project’s implementation is 18 months, starting November 2014.

Project goal 

Developing Karin Dom’s capacity for effective managing and gaining resources in order to create a favourable environment for activities that support children with special needs. The project is directed towards benefactors, business representatives, media, other NGOs, local communities, with the goal to raise the commitment to the matter of social inclusion and to increase the motivation for social responsibility.

Activities

• Creating and applying a strategy for the development of Karin Dom (2015-2020);
• Working out effective mechanisms for attracting funds for financial stability;
• Exchange and distribution of good practices and knowledge for organizational and financial stability;
• Informative activities, popularizing and advocacy

Results

By working out a development strategy, Karin Dom will achieve organizational stability on account of more accurate planning of the activities and the necessary resources. The Project’s team will develop its capacity for managing the process of fundraising and social marketing, result of which will be the raise of trust in Karin Dom, attracting new benefactors, increasing the motivation of the current ones. The effect of using different communicational channels will also increase, which will influence and help distinguishing the cause among community, media and benefactors.
