Invitation for training: “Motor Development, Gymnastics for Children with Special Needs”

We are pleased to invite you to a two-day training organized by Karin Dom on the topic:

“Motor Development, Gymnastics for Children with Special Needs. CCP – knowledge of posture, positioning and assisting children. “

-The program was approved by Order No. РД09-423 / 22.01.2017 of the Minister of Education and Science

The training is with a duration of 16 hours (attendance) and brings 1 credit.

Date of conduct: 1, 2 October 2018

First day registration 8:30 – 9:00 to 16:30

Second Day 9:00 – 16:30

Venue: Karin Dom, Varna, St. Nicholas area

The training is suitable for pedagogues and therapists – teachers, kinesitherapists, rehabilitators, speech therapists, ergotherapeutists, psychotherapists, personal or social assistance. It is intended for all who work with children with special needs and want to learn more about the motor development of children with SEN.

The program contains themes for motor development, child cerebral palsy, posture knowledge and in-game positioning, sleep, rest, learning and other moments in the everyday life of children with motor disorders. The most important accents in the therapy of children with motors difficulties are related to correct positioning, position change, patterns of movement. Gymnastics runs on a pre-prepared program tailored to children’s possibilities and conditions, which includes a preparatory, main and final part. The goal is by physical exercise, in the form of a game, the children to develop their motor skills and abilities to work in a group. The gymnastics groups also aim to facilitate inclusion and adaptation of children in physical education and sports classes in kindergartens and schools. This activity is expected to improve communication with their classmates, as well as the concentration that also contributes to improving the learning skills. It is important for children to be active and to be involved in all day-to-day activities in kindergarten and school, according to their capabilities, developing their own potential.
