The trip of the second group of specialists who were supposed to visit Iceland within the framework of the project in order to exchange experiences has had to be cancelled once again due to the risk of COVID-19 still spreading throughout the country and Europe.
The visit was due to take place in September 2020. It has been postponed indefinitely. The project team is in continuous contact with the Icelandic partners, with whom they are discussing the situation and the measures imposed by the governments of both countries. According to the project timetable, the Icelandic partners are due to visit Bulgaria in October 2020.
The project “Transfer of practices to improve the support for children with special needs and their families towards inclusive education” is funded by the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the partner is the State Diagnostic and Counseling Center (SDCC), Iceland.
