Open Doors Day at the Radost Kindergarten as Part of Karin Dom’s Project

“Creating a supportive educational environment for children with special needs at kindergartens” was the topic that brought together teachers, professionals, parents and representatives of institutions during the Open Doors Day this November.

While the kids were having fun watching a musical theater that taught them about tolerance, we, the adults, drew concrete steps on how to combine our resources and improve support for children. The need for better cooperation between parents and teachers was stressed more than once.

The meeting was held on November 28th in the “Radost” kindergarten in Varna, Bulgaria.
