Training: “Motor Development, Gymnastics for Children with Special Needs. CCP – knowledge of posture, positioning and assisting children. “

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to a two-day training organized by Karin Dom on the subject: “Motor Development, Gymnastics for Children with Special Needs. CCP – Knowledge of Posture, Positioning and Assistance to Children. “Dates: February 20-21, 2019, from 9.00 to 16.30 in Karin Dom, Varna, St. Nicholas area.

The program was approved by Order № RD09-423 / 22.01.2017 of the Minister of Education and Science.

The training is 16 hours (attendance) and 1 credit.

The training is suitable for: pedagogues and therapists – teachers, kinesiotherapists, rehabilitators, speech therapists, ergotherapeutes, psychologists, personal, social assistants, parents. It is intended for all who work with children with special needs and want to learn more about the motor development of children with SEN.

The program contains topics about motor development, childhood cerebral palsy, posture knowledge and in-game positioning, sleeping, resting, learning and other moments in the everyday life of children with motor disorders. The most important accents in the therapy of children with movement difficulties are related to correct positioning, position change, patterns of movement. Gymnastics runs on a pre-prepared program tailored to children’s opportunities and conditions, which includes a preparatory, main and final part.

The goal is through physical exercise, in the form of a game, children to develop their motor skills and abilities, to work in a group. The gymnastics groups also aim to make easier the adaption of children to physical education and sports in kindergartens and schools. This activity is expected to improve their communication with classmates, as well as the concentration that also contributes to improving the learning skills. It is important for children to be active and to be involved in all day-to-day activities in kindergarten and school, according to their capabilities, developing their own potential.
