In this webinar we will consider in the form of a discussion the main similarities and differences in the approach and methodology of two closely related activities – music therapy and music pedagogy. Where, when and with whom is it appropriate to apply music therapy and music pedagogy? Can a therapist be a pedagogue and a pedagogue be a therapist? Is the acquisition of new academic knowledge and social competencies mandatory during therapy and music lessons? We will try to answer these and other interesting questions on our part, as well as those that have arisen on your part, to give more clarity on a topic that is becoming more and more relevant in working with children and adolescents.
