One of the great recognitions of the past year for Karin Dom was the “Building of the Year 2022” award! This is a serious recognition of the efforts of many people. Architects and constructors together with the team of Karin Dom managed to create a functional space suitable for
children’s perceptions.
The new Karin Dom also provides spaces for meetings, trainings, company events and conferences, forums and meetings.

The new Karin Dom is located at city of Varna, “Tsar Osvoboditel” Blvd. 86A and offers various of social, therapeutic and educational services under one roof.

• The Conference hall “Ivan Stancioff” is 118m2 (capacity up to 100 people depending on the layout). The space can also be divided into two smaller halls, in which parallel events can be held:
• Hall 1 – ​​50m2 (capacity depending on the arrangement up to 40 people);
• Hall 2- ​​68m2 (capacity depending on the arrangement up to 60 people);
• Cafeteria – 50m2 (capacity up to 50 people).
