Description:
In the online training we will share good practices to support the process of “Sensory Integration” through an organized outdoor space, which becomes a place where children, while playing, having fun and learning, get a real opportunity to develop all their senses. We will discuss the multi-sensory garden of the Karin Dom Foundation, whose principles and practice are based on the classic Montessori pedagogy. In the online lecture we will focus on:
- Sensory integration – process, impaired sensory integration, symptoms of impairment
- Areas in the multisensory garden of the Karin Dom Foundation
- Educational garden

- Motives for creating an educational garden
