Children, parents, friends, comrades and benefactors of Karin Dom, celebrated together the foundation’s 18th birthday, with plenty of music, singing and dancing.
Music is a universal language – it unites and brings us closer together. Singing, clapping and dancing are the children’s favorites and also a part of their natural way to communicate!
“If you’re happy, clap your hands
If you’re angry, stomp your feet!”
All of you probably know this children’s song, that is sang in almost every language and with which the children from Karin Dom greeted the guests at the celebration.
For the past 18 years, the Karin Dom Foundation is working their best in order to provide the children and their families with access to quality social services in Varna, the rest of Bulgaria and abroad.
Become one of us in this noble cause – help more children with special needs and their families! See how you can support us by visiting our website www.karindom.org and Karin Dom’s Facebook page
The event is being carried out during “Open Doors Day” under of the project “Creating a supportive educational environment for children with special needs at kindergartens”, funded by the NGO Programme in Bulgaria under the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014 – www.eeagrants.org
