On 27 April 2012 was held another meeting from the Karin Dom’s initiation – “Café Societe”.
The special guest was the actress Martina Vachkova who is also well known as host of the TV show “The Apartment” on Bulgarian National Television. The motto of the show is “TV can help, too”. The meeting started with the several stories from the show and how the team of the show was able to help to show’s characters.
“Charity is not just giving money, it is to do something good and to have a warm heart” said Martina Vachkova. According to her it is a big responsibility to be a famous person and she is convinced that “when you do something good for others in exchange, you receive much more happiness than you had given”.
Martina Vachkova believes that a parent always has to be honest with a child and there has to be a friendly relationship between them. It is the way Martina brings up her daughter Rada. There was a question from the audience: “How Martina would like people to remember her?” Martina answered: ‘’I would like people to remember me as a daughter of my father and as a mother of my daughter!”
The next meeting of Café Societe is scheduled for 10th of May 2012 at Radio Varna’s Art hall at 6pm. The guest is going to be Richard Thomas – British Ambassador to Bulgaria for the period of 1989 – 1994
