The Big Plants “Hunt” has begun

From May this year, Karin Dom put to a start a new eco project called “The Big Plants Hunt”, jointly with Bulgarian Blue Flag movement. The goal of the project is to educate children about bio diversity and its significance as well as to encourage them to take positive action for its preservation.

Today, 18.05.2017, Outdoors Classroom Day, we had our first outdoor lesson with the children at Karin Dom. Our little explorers were introduced to the various plants in the garden – grass, bushes and trees. During the walk, they also learned where the hard working ants live, where snails hide and how they love eating delicious dandelions.
