The fist meeting within the “Developing the capacity of Karin Dom” project has passed

On January 22, 23 and 24, 2015, we had a series of training meetings under the project “Developing Karin Dom’s Capacity for Organizational and Financial Stability”. The project’s implementation period is 18 months and it began at the end of last year.

The project’s goal is developing the capacity of Karin Dom for more effective managing and successful gaining of resources, which will create stability of the organization and an environment for developing activities and services for children with special needs and their families.

The next step of the project’s activities will include analysis and assessment of the internal and external environment with the purpose of creating a strategic plan for the organization.
